Why Choose Grooved Conveyor Rollers?

Our grooved conveyor rollers are built for durability, precision and long-term performance.

Efficient drive transfer using grooved rollers, ensuring smooth and consistent operation across conveyor systems.

Ideal as conveyor transfer rollers, enabling controlled movement between conveyor sections and system transitions.

Compatible with lineshaft and belt-driven systems, supporting automated and high-throughput environments.

Low maintenance and durable construction, delivering reliable long-term performance with minimal downtime.

These rollers are a key component in maintaining accurate and efficient powered conveyor operation.

Designed for Accurate Drive Transmission

Grooved rollers are specifically developed to work with belts, bands or lineshaft systems, using integrated grooves to transfer drive efficiently. Each grooved conveyor roller ensures consistent rotation and reliable product movement, making them ideal for applications where accuracy and control are essential. Commonly used as conveyor transfer rollers, they support seamless product movement between different sections of a conveyor system.

Specifications

Type 100 conveyor roller

The FASTRAX Type 100 roller is ideally suited to be fitted in light duty roller conveyors. It has a very free running bearing which means that very small and lightweight products can still be conveyed easily by gravity. Taper rollers are also available to suit 500mm and 800mm inside radius.

Specification

Load rating

16kg per roller (dependent on roller length)

Bearing specification

Semi-precision - options of either mild steel or stainless steel available

Tube material options

Mild steel, self colour / zinc plated, stainless steel, PVC

Spindle material options

Mild steel, self colour / zinc plated, stainless steel

Spindle type options

Spring loaded, female threaded, male threaded, flatted, cross drilled

Type 200 conveyor roller

The FASTRAX Type 200 medium duty gravity roller is a stronger option than the Type 100. It is remarkably robust and is the most popular and economically priced of all our conveyor rollers. The Type 200 conveyor roller is specified and fitted in most newly built gravity roller conveyors.
