Type 450 conveyor roller

The FASTRAX Type 450 roller drive has a single 11 tooth x 1/2 “ pitch nylon sprocket and is designed for use in light duty driven roller conveyors. The roller can be made as either a fixed drive or a friction drive roller. Also available in stainless steel tube, spindle and bearings to be used in the food handling industry as a higher specification alternative to grooved rollers. In addition a true taper roller is available to suit 800mm inside radius bends.

Type 500 conveyor roller

The FASTRAX Type 500 roller is available with single or double sprocket options. The 14 tooth x 1/2" pitch sprockets are also available in either steel or nylon, to suit your individual needs. Diameter options ranging from 50mm up to 102mm and can be fully welded for maximum high load rating, especially when used in pallet handling systems. The roller can also be made with stainless steel tube, spindle and bearings to be used in the food handling industry, with the nylon sprocket option for light loads and a fully stainless steel option if required. In addition a true taper roller is available to suit 800mm inside radius bends.
