Versatile options including flexible gravity roller conveyors, ideal for adaptable layouts and changing environments.

Heavy duty gravity conveyor roller designs, capable of handling larger loads in demanding industrial setting.

Low maintenance operation, providing reliable performance with minimal upkeep and long service life.

These rollers are an essential component for efficient, non-powered material handling systems.

Simple, Effective Product Movement

A gravity conveyor roller provides a straightforward and efficient way to move goods using free-spinning rollers. Designed to work within gravity conveyor rollers systems, these components allow products to travel smoothly using gravity or manual assistance. Ideal for warehouses, production lines and distribution centres, gravity rollers offer a cost-effective solution for handling a wide range of items.

Specifications

Type 100 conveyor roller

The FASTRAX Type 100 roller is ideally suited to be fitted in light duty roller conveyors. It has a very free running bearing which means that very small and lightweight products can still be conveyed easily by gravity. Taper rollers are also available to suit 500mm and 800mm inside radius.

Specification

Load rating

16kg per roller (dependent on roller length)

Bearing specification

Semi-precision - options of either mild steel or stainless steel available

Tube material options

Mild steel, self colour / zinc plated, stainless steel, PVC

Spindle material options

Mild steel, self colour / zinc plated, stainless steel

Spindle type options

Spring loaded, female threaded, male threaded, flatted, cross drilled

Type 200 conveyor roller

The FASTRAX Type 200 medium duty gravity roller is a stronger option than the Type 100. It is remarkably robust and is the most popular and economically priced of all our conveyor rollers. The Type 200 conveyor roller is specified and fitted in most newly built gravity roller conveyors.

Our focus on quality starts with sourcing only the best raw materials, rejecting anything that falls outside our strict tolerances.

During manufacture your order is checked at each stage before passing through to the next process. This also contributes to our ability to meet orders on time.

General Information

Gravity conveyor rollers are a key component in non-powered material handling systems. Each gravity conveyor roller is mounted within a frame, allowing products to move freely along the conveyor line with minimal resistance. This simple yet effective design makes gravity conveyor rollers highly reliable and cost-efficient, particularly for businesses looking to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs.

Available in a wide range of sizes and materials, gravity rollers can be tailored to suit various operational needs. From light-duty applications to heavy duty gravity conveyor roller systems, these components provide flexibility and performance across multiple industries. Flexible gravity roller conveyors further enhance adaptability, allowing systems to be adjusted quickly to meet changing requirements.

Reliable Gravity Rollers for Efficient Handling

Modern gravity rollers are engineered to deliver consistent performance in demanding environments. Whether used as part of flexible gravity roller conveyors or fixed systems, they ensure smooth product flow and improved operational efficiency.

With options including heavy duty gravity conveyor roller configurations and bespoke designs, gravity conveyor rollers can be tailored to specific handling needs. Their simplicity, durability and cost-effectiveness make them a trusted solution for businesses looking to optimise workflow and streamline material handling processes.
